How soon will I receive payment?

If you choose to be paid in vouchers, these will normally be sent to you by email the same day. Payments by BACS and Paypal are processed weekly - for further information see BACS payment schedule and Paypal payment schedule

You can check the status of your payment at http://www.studentcashback.co.uk/redeem/#history

If it says "Pending" or "In progress", it means Student Cashback hasn't initiated the payment yet. If it says "Paid", we have instructed the third party to process your payment. If you haven't heard from them within a few days of the status changing to "Paid", you should mark the payment as "Missing" by clicking on the button to the right of the transaction
